Cara Care is a mobile application designed to provide personalised support and management for individuals with digestive health issues, offering tools for symptom tracking, meal planning, and expert guidance.

Users with digestive health issues are asked to track their symptoms and food intake consistently, yet often struggle to translate this data into clarity and actionable insights.

The core challenge
My challenge was to simplify tracking, surface individual food sensitivities, and create a clear path from self-monitoring to expert support - while intentionally increasing user engagement, retention, and perceived daily value without adding complexity.

I approached the problem by focusing on user effort vs. user value.
